Momentum Drop-In Counselling
As a drop in group, registration occurs on the first visit.
The Goal of this group is to empower you. By developing an informed action plan to begin to change your relationship with anxiety and depression. Each week, a new topic will be introduced that builds off the previous weeks. Attend as many meetings as needed- no need to register. **Please note that these meetings often fill up quickly, please arrive early to ensure you are able to attend**
