Please be aware that this program is facilitated by an AHS Recreation Therapist. At this time, programs offered by AHS require participants to wear a mask throughout the duration of the program.

Description
- Masks are required to be worn at all times, except when actively exercising, but please wear one at all times if you feel more comfortable.
- Try to distance at least 2 meters apart as much as possible
- Please be dressed and ready to exercise when you arrive, and bring appropriate, clean indoor footwear.
- Please bring a water bottle
