Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) is a personalized self-empowerment program focused on creating a plan to help you get well and stay well on a daily basis.

Through a peer facilitated group process, individuals can acquire the tools to:

1) increase emotional resilience

2) increase self-empowerment

3) increase self- awareness and

4) improve overall quality of life

Working with WRAP® can help individuals to monitor uncomfortable and distressing feelings and behaviors and, through planned responses, reduce, modify, or eliminate those feelings. WRAP® also includes plans for responses from others when an individual cannot make decisions, take care of themselves, and/or keep themselves safe.

WRAP is non-diagnosis focused and no referral is required!
