Chat with someone who understands. Peer Navigators are people, with lived experience of mental health challenges, who understand what it’s like to navigate the mental health system, and what it’s like to live with obstacles to your health and wellbeing.

Peer Navigators provide help , information and navigation of the Wellness Network and other mental health services and supports available in the Edmonton area. You can make your own health and wellness plan with the support of a Peer Navigator.
