Peer Navigators
WE ARE HERE TO HELP & SUPPORT
Chat with someone who understands. Peer Navigators are people, with lived experience of mental health challenges, who understand what it’s like to navigate the mental health system, and what it’s like to live with obstacles to your health and wellbeing.
Peer Navigators provide help , information and navigation of the Wellness Network and other mental health services and supports available in the Edmonton area. You can make your own health and wellness plan with the support of a Peer Navigator.
Peer Navigators are an available resource to everyone. You can reach out and a Peer Navigator will get back to you or you can come along to the Virtual Wellness Drop-In every Thursday. Click the button below for more information and the zoom link. You can also find the handouts with daily wellness activities from these drop-in sessions the bottom of this page.
