Healthy Living With Bipolar

Course Description:

Dates and times: Mondays starting April 8th until June 3rd from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm. ***Please note there will be no group on Monday May 20th due to the statutory holiday***

Location: Virtual (you will be sent a link the morning of the session, please check your spam folder if missing)

  • Providing A Safe Space To Support Those That Have Been Diagnosed With Bipolar, Identify Living With Bipolar And Support People Of Loved Ones Living With Bipolar
  • Sessions Include Handouts, Discussions And Professional Support
  • You DO NOT Need To Attend Previous Sessions To Drop Into A Session
  • No Cost Thanks To Funding From The Wellness Network

Topics vary from week-to-week, but you can expect us to talk about maintaining a healthy daily routine regardless of emotional state, focus on effective coping strategies for stability and experience connection as a group. The goal is to develop personal strategies that will help reduce the intensity and frequency of symptoms.
