Jobwell

This program supports jobseekers with casual work placements on a day to day basis. Workers register with OSP, and on mornings that they are ready and available to work, they simply come to OSP’s office. OSP sources out daily job placement opportunities through networking with local businesses. As they become available, the jobs are distributed on a lottery basis to the workers who have come in to OSP, ready to work that day. All work is paid in cash through OSP on the day of the shift.
