This employment program is geared to provide individualized employment supports to meet the needs of Edmonton area participants. This program provides participants with employment development activities, work exposure, work maintenance and support, Exposure courses and employment supports to bring them to permanent employment.

About On Site Placement (OSP)

With over 40 years dedicated to building an inclusive community through employment-related services, OSP has a long history of bringing individuals with barriers to employment. We have supported thousands of individuals find and maintain employment through a variety of client-centred employment programs and services as part of our mission to connect jobseekers and employers in the Edmonton area.
