Future Forward

Course Description:

Future Forward is a 23-week, paid, full-time training program designed to teach racialized and immigrant women the foundational and transferrable skills that are required for on-the-job success. Through workshops, education, practicum placements and a capstone project, the Participants will complete the course ready for employment in Canada.

With over 40 years dedicated to building an inclusive community through employment-related services, OSP has a long history of bringing individuals with barriers to employment. We have supported thousands of individuals find and maintain employment through a variety of client-centred employment programs and services as part of our mission to connect jobseekers and employers in the Edmonton area.
